Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced part-time customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll play a critical role in empowering our customers to achieve better overall wellness by providing timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a fully remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home, enjoying a reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email, utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies

  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effective solutions in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and issue resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a reduced hour schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
