Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our online community, providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to our online community.
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Utilizing knowledge of our products and services to address customer questions and provide solutions.

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns within 1 hour or less.
- Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.

Qualifications
To succeed as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:
- An entry-level candidate with a passion for customer service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
