Job Summary

We're seeking experienced entry-level Product Testers to join our team of remote professionals. As a Product Tester, you'll have the opportunity to work from home nationwide in the US, participating in In-Home Usage Tests for national and international companies. This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity that offers a competitive pay rate, the chance to learn about an exciting industry, and the flexibility to work around your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Tester at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms that may be opened by a market research firm to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)

Requirements

To be successful as a Product Tester at arenaflex, you'll need:

• The ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
• A curious spirit and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills (an asset)
• Be at least 18 years old
