Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders, and closing sales directly on the chat. With a strong support system in place, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, achieving your goals and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advertise and sell shipping containers using arenaflex's software - Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place orders - Close sales directly on the chat, utilizing the company's system to send invoices - Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls - Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge - Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Essential Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers via chat - Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales and customer interactions - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field - Familiarity with software and technology used in sales and customer service - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
