Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely responses to their queries.
  • Assisting customers with tracking orders, processing returns, and resolving account-related issues, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously, and meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach and a focus on finding solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat or phone support.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on live chat or phone support.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, and experience working with customers in an online environment.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
