Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Design Co-Op, you'll have the opportunity to support various areas within our CXD organization, including:
- Service Recovery Team: Assist in improving the employee and customer experience by enabling our frontline to deliver a premium experience.
- Onboard Brand Experience Team: Support the design, development, and execution of interior product developments, onboard amenities, and experiences that create moments of delight for our customers and crew.
- Uniform Brand Experience Team: Collaborate on product design, development, distribution, and marketing campaigns for uniform-related initiatives.
- Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team: Lead onboarding new/existing Wi-Fi providers, next-generation product innovation design & development, and marketing communications.
- Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team: Assist in creating Delta's future IFE strategy and product roadmap, delivering an innovative, best-in-class entertainment experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market and competitor research to inform design decisions
- Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Developing business cases and presenting recommendations to leaders
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Creating effective presentations and communications to support executive decision-making
- Participating in event planning and execution to enhance the customer experience
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be available for three alternating semesters
- To be enrolled in an accredited College or University during program duration
- Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
- Team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
- Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Co-op Program Outline
Our Co-op program offers:
- Three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex and enrolled in courses at your university
- Example: Spring 2025 – working, Summer 2025 – school or off, Fall 2025 – Work, and Spring 2026 – school, Summer 2026 – working
- One full year of experience at the end of the program
