As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding expectations.

The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
  • Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors
  • Adapting to fast-changing guidelines with customers
  • Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

* High school graduate or G.E.D.

  • Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
  • Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
  • Must be able to pass a background check
