Responsibilities
As an Inside Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, collaborating closely with various departments to provide top-notch service and solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs.
- Utilizing available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
- Effectively communicating pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
- Collaborating with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
- Staying informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
- Championing continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

- An Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus.
