Overview of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Role
As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and generating revenue. Your primary focus will be to engage with customers, offer tailored services, and provide exceptional support to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll work closely with our customer service and sales team members to initiate new customer relationships, acquire new customers, and increase revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate new customer relationships by working alongside our customer service and sales team members
- Provide support to each customer, answering inquiries, troubleshooting services, and ensuring timely delivery to complete the customer experience
- Obtain comprehensive knowledge of products and promotions by attending weekly team meetings
- Ensure all operations are under company compliance guidelines
- Acquire new and existing customers' information in a professional manner that builds customer trust and loyalty
- Work closely with other team members and departments to drive sales and consumer acquisitions while maintaining superior customer service
Requirements:
* High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a customer service, customer support, or similar role is preferred
