Job Description

arenaflex is looking for an experienced and efficient home based data entry specialist to join our team. As a home based data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in transcribing information in a timely, accurate manner. In this position, you will be required to submit completed assignments in the requisite format, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gathering and organizing material from which you will work, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available

  • Typing memorandums, reports, and other documents using stipulated word processing software, such as Microsoft Office
  • Preparing work in accordance with prescribed formatting guidelines, ensuring that all documents are visually appealing and easy to read
  • Proofreading assignments and amending mistakes before submission, ensuring that all work is accurate and error-free
  • Submitting completed work via email or online portal, ensuring that all deadlines are met
  • Filing and storing copies of your completed assignments, maintaining a record of completed tasks and logging hours worked
  • Remaining up-to-date with changes in pertinent word processing software, ensuring that you are always proficient in the latest tools and technologies

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as data entry or administrative support
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and reports
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attentive to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a high level of independence and self-motivation
