Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role

As an Experienced Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, a Business Coach, by speaking as them on their social media platforms. You'll work closely with our client success team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Start new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)

• Follow up with leads and close sales (2 hours/day)
• Grow your social media presence and engage with your audience (2 hours/day)
• Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
• Manage and communicate with your team, ensuring seamless collaboration and success (30 minutes/day)

Requirements

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Desire for a stable income in $USD
• Fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
• Stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Passion for learning and growth
• Willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to new situations

Compensation and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development

• Training Stage: The training period is NOT paid for (training time averages 2-4 weeks)
• After completing training, your earnings will depend on:

+ Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses

• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
• No limit on commissions
