Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team on a part-time basis (15-20 hours per week). As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system

• Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
• Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
• Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
• Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance at all times to regulations and industry standards
• Daily execution of workflow and department metrics

Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management)

• Effective interpersonal skills, including:

+ Proven ability to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficient computer skills, including:

+ Solid data entry with a high accuracy rate + Email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency

• Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills in the logistics and supply chain industry
• Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics, with a passion for data entry and customer service
