We're looking for pilots, air traffic controllers, student pilots, and serious aviation enthusiasts who can accurately transcribe real-world ATC and pilot radio communications. Your work will directly shape how AI understands aviation language, improving systems used in aviation safety and autonomy.

- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
- Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) ↔ pilot audio recordings with high accuracy
- Label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses clearly and consistently
- Capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
- Work on task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
- Meet quality and accuracy standards — precision is everything in this role
- A licensed pilot, student pilot, Air Traffic Controller, or aviation professional
- An aviation enthusiast who regularly listens to live ATC feeds
- Someone with a strong command of standard aviation radio phraseology
- Extremely detail-oriented and patient with audio work
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Experience with LiveATC, Flightradar24, or similar aviation audio platforms
- Background in aviation dispatch, military aviation, or flight simulation
- Familiarity with ICAO or FAA phraseology standards
