Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Your duties will include:

• Responding efficiently, accurately, and courteously to all customer transactions
• Processing product orders and providing prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customer requests
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
• Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer requests for return authorization and credits
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to provide ongoing information flow as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems
• Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
• Participating in special projects, such as social media customer service and warranty claims

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00am and 6:30pm CST
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
• Ability to complete I-9 on your first day in person at our Appleton, WI or Greensboro, NC office

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Experience working with multiple systems and software applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
