Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to issues related to travel, baggage, and other services. Your exceptional communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every interaction

  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to travel, baggage, and other services in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle all aspects of tagging and registration, including working with a modernized retail location framework, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolving related complaints and issues
  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to provide support and assistance to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex policies, procedures, and services to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the airline or travel industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
