Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis. As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and phone to navigate multiple systems and enter information while speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain positive customer relationships by addressing all types of product-related concerns

  • Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions
  • Navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard and function keys while speaking with customers on the phone
  • Work from home, using your computer and phone to provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Starting rate of $14.00 per hour

Training Requirements

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

  • 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
  • Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
