Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk and IT Help Desk Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for account creation, claims online portal registration, and processing claims online portal tickets using ServiceNow and CyberArk. With a minimum of 10 tickets per day, you will also help manage the backlog and process new tickets that come through. Key Responsibilities

* Account creation using ServiceNow and CyberArk

  • Claims online portal registration and processing
  • Managing a minimum of 10 tickets per day
  • Helping to manage the backlog and process new tickets
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of account creation experience

  • 2 years of customer service and IT help desk experience
  • Healthcare experience
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Detail-oriented
  • High school diploma

Preferred Qualifications

* ServiceNow and CyberArk experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ticketing systems and help desk software

Compensation and Benefits
