Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry-Level Data Entry Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for executing a range of general clerical tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and communication management. Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Scheduling and Appointment Management: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule Management: Effectively manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Involvement with Special Projects: Collaborate with our team on special projects, providing administrative support and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Paying Costs: Process payments, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Organizational Duties: Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring a clutter-free and efficient workspace.
  • Handle Incoming and Outbound Communications: Respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience in Data Entry: Previous experience in data entry, scheduling, or administrative roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as CPR or First Aid.

Compensation and Perks
