Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial/Customer Experience Strategist, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on arenaflex's business strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximizing Profitability: Align capacity with demand through strategic aircraft deployment and development of new city and route opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis: Investigate competitors' pricing actions, initiate sales and promotions to maintain market share, and analyze airline consumer behavior to devise creative strategies for capturing additional revenue.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to develop promotion and channel strategies to drive incremental passenger revenue or improve values-led communication strategies with customers.
- Corporate Client Experience: Analyze the financial contribution of incentive programs and develop new sales strategies to generate incremental revenue for Delta's corporate clients.
- Process Improvements: Develop recommendations for process improvements in reservations centers, call-handling, and segmentation to improve customer service, employee engagement, and maximize cost efficiencies.
- Customer Experience (CX) Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve the CX and develop strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Current MBA Student: You must be currently enrolled in an MBA program and have a planned graduation date by the Summer of 2025.
- Dynamic Work Experience: At least three years of post-undergraduate work experience in a dynamic, professional environment or relevant military experience.
- Onsite Work Requirement: Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship.
- Curiosity about the Airline Industry: A genuine interest in the airline industry and its challenges.
