Responsibilities

As an Inside Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email, accurately determining their requirements and needs.
  • Utilizing available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
  • Effectively communicating pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborating with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
  • Staying informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
  • Championing continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.

Requirements

* Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous relevant experience and/or training is a plus.

While not essential, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
