arenaflex's Customer Service organization is a fast-paced and exciting team that delivers the technology that powers our customer service experience. Our team includes chat and voice bots, associate-facing tools, and products that champion the voice of the customer. Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Senior Principal Engineer and Director on our Customer Service Leadership Team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
- Managing domestic and international travel
- Managing expense report coordination and submission
- Organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
- Ensuring the timely completion of critical tasks and follow-up on outstanding matters as a liaison for direct reports
- Working closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
- Helping to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
A Day in the Life
As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in allowing our Customer Service team to meet customer needs by ensuring leaders connect in a timely manner on the most pressing issues. You'll ensure engineers feel connected to their work and continuously improve their technical skills by hosting in-person community and learning events. You'll be managing complex and high-volume requests for multiple Directors' calendars, while supporting other areas of need, such as team events or travel logistics.

We're looking for someone who's passionate about creating a positive team environment and establishing working relationships inside and outside of the group. You'll be working closely with our leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5 years of senior-level leadership support experience or 3 years of experience working at arenaflex
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Executive Level Calendar Management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with event planning and execution
- Experience with travel coordination and management
- Experience with expense report coordination and submission
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $66,800/year to $142,800/year, depending on location and experience.
