Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our discerning clientele, navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance, and partnering with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to high-profile passengers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
- Rotate through various areas within the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, and arrivals
- Effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
- Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport and develop a deep understanding of the aviation industry
- Participate in paid training with our highly knowledgeable and top-performing training department
Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
- English proficient, with other languages being a plus
- Computer savvy
- Ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
- Effective communication skills and good listening skills
- Ability to multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a team environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- Reliable transportation
