As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for managing a remote team, developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and collaborating with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a team of remote live chat agents: Lead a team of live chat agents to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to help agents excel in their roles.
- Monitoring live chat conversations: Continuously monitor live chat conversations to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to agents.
- Developing and implementing strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of live chat operations. Analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with other departments: Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. Work closely with teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Training new agents: Train new agents on live chat software and best practices to ensure they're equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Escalating customer inquiries: Take escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. Work closely with teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements
