Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an experienced customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and professionalism
