The Role

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our live chat platform. You'll interact with customers, assist them with their inquiries, and handle any potential issues that may arise during their interaction with our company. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information.
