What You'll Need
To be a successful Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:
- The ability to multi-task on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm)
- Ability to talk with customers, listen attentively to concerns, express empathy, and research problems for resolution
- Reliable internet connection and Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Successfully pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
Essential Qualifications
