As a key member of our CXE Customer Acquisition organization, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and adoption of arenaflex's Connect Services among new customers. With a strong track record of delivering results and a proven sales background, you'll be responsible for owning sales opportunities from start to finish, developing and executing territory plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide customers with tailored solutions that meet their unique business objectives.
A Day in the Life
As an Amazon Connect Sales Specialist – Customer Acquisition at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse set of customers, opportunities, and markets, and be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Here's a glimpse into what a typical day might look like:
- Articulating a compelling value proposition for arenaflex's Connect Service to C-level stakeholders and customer experience professionals
- Developing executive relationships with AWS customers and creating strategic value by introducing and evangelizing the Connect service
- Providing subject matter expertise to advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle
- Collaborating with account teams to provide customers with credit programs and assessment recommendations based on their business objectives and solution structure
- Researching and identifying new opportunities for arenaflex to innovate on behalf of our customers
- Communicating lessons learned, service recommendations, and best practices to Connect leadership and service team members to continuously improve service and program offerings in alignment with customer requirements
Key Responsibilities
As an Amazon Connect Sales Specialist – Customer Acquisition at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing territory plans to drive sales growth and adoption of arenaflex's Connect Services
- Providing subject matter expertise to advance sales opportunities through the sales cycle
- Collaborating with account teams to provide customers with credit programs and assessment recommendations based on their business objectives and solution structure
- Researching and identifying new opportunities for arenaflex to innovate on behalf of our customers
- Communicating lessons learned, service recommendations, and best practices to Connect leadership and service team members to continuously improve service and program offerings in alignment with customer requirements
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
- Traveling approximately 10-15% to engage with customers and partners
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales for call center technologies
- Presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- A track record of building rapport with C-level stakeholders, and working with customer experience and call center professionals
- Building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Ability to develop and execute territory plans
- Experience helping customers develop a strategy for and deploy cloud-based call center solutions
- Innate desire to learn new technology and business solutions and develop compelling value propositions for customers
- Experience working with partners to drive scaling campaigns
- Experience with cloud solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- MS or MBA

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan, which pays according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
