Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. You will work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
- Handle high-volume calls, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications
- Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve patient issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and first-call resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Ability to work in an overnight shift, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Training Schedule
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST, with a guaranteed 40 hours per week
Pay Range
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
