The Role
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing quick and accurate assistance to customers visiting our clients' websites. You'll be responsible for engaging with visitors online, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience during their online interactions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while maintaining a professional demeanor and a positive attitude throughout your interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
- Promote interest in client products and services
- Continually portray and project a positive and professional image
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team
- May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
Essential Qualifications
* Strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- Upbeat positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
- An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Familiarity with online chat software and customer support platforms
- Ability to compose professional emails
- Experience working in a remote environment
