As a key member of our Business Department, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to achieve sales growth and strategic objectives

  • Establish and maintain formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts to broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
  • Identify, hire, onboard, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, establish partnerships, and expand awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education officials, to promote arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in the managed travel industry, with a strong understanding of State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience in coaching and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on employee development and growth
