Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Building and deploying advanced machine learning models using technical expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and data engineering to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
• Developing and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
• Communicating complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, including business clients and management teams.
• Designing and implementing A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science, machine learning, and cloud computing to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.

• At least 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and developing predictive models using techniques such as linear regression, decision trees, and clustering.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and data engineering tools, such as Apache Beam or Apache Spark.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering.

• Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies.
• Experience in Reinforcement Learning or other advanced machine learning techniques.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related data.
