Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Analyst to join our data entry and business operations team at arenaflex. As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with our store operations team, HR partners, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve business challenges, and develop and implement solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead task groups of experts and other partners to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and project planning to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and drive growth
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including store operations teams, HR partners, and other business leaders
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and drive business growth
- Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with stakeholders and drive business growth
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a field related to business, operations, or a related field
- 3 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in retail or home improvement
- Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and business intelligence
- Experience driving high-performing teams and leading business growth initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
* Store experience and/or ASDS experience is preferred
- Experience in project management and business process improvement
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities
