Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing customer transactions, including ticketing, rebooking, and refunds
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate information to customers

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in Sabre or other travel management systems (desired)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Working knowledge of travel industry software and systems
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (desired)
