Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, providing top-notch support to our customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and grammar
- Excellent listening comprehension skills to effectively understand customer needs
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice to communicate with customers
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)
- Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
