Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting in the booking of new reservations and the modification of existing requests
- Providing exceptional service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and service metrics
Compensation and Benefits Package:
* Competitive hourly wage: $17.00/hour (with an additional 10% shift differential for hours worked after 6 PM, $18.70/hour)

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or hotel environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
