Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems Management

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Supply Chain Systems team. You will work closely with our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions, as well as our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office, to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual solutions that uphold our Distribution Center operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Distribution Center Administration Framework, and you will serve as the primary point of contact for all data-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support and maintenance for the Distribution Center Administration Framework, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

• Collaborate with MHE merchants to ensure seamless data management and processing
• Work with various smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks, to ensure efficient data processing and management
• Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity
• Serve as the liaison between the Distribution Center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and concerns
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain and support LAN (Local Area Network) design to ensure seamless data transmission
• Implement all future software updates and upgrades to ensure our systems remain current and secure
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
• Regulate non-exempt staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security, to ensure data integrity and security
• Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently
• Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions, and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to provide better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

• 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate, with a strong understanding of supply chain systems and logistics
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Project management experience, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project planning

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and requirements
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to regulate non-exempt staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
