About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality products and services to customers, including answering their questions, resolving their issues, and selling products that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service to meet their expectations.
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure that customers receive the best possible service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, including escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Enter accurate and complete information into our systems, including customer data, sales information, and other relevant details.
  • Follow all rules and regulations related to services and practices, including adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or university education an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service team and the market.
  • Ability to work in metric engines, with multiple tasks and addresses on the website.
  • DURIPROMA from the high school or expected department.
