Job Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise in technical program management, data analytics, and cloud infrastructure will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with a team of Designers and Organizers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)

• Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end research that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing benchmarking, and presentations
• Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
• Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and create business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics)

• 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting sheets and managing data collections using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning a diverse range of partners, both technical and non-technical

• 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles
• Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent technical program management skills, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
