Key Responsibilities

* Promote and sell air travel on arenaflex, highlighting the benefits and value of our services to customers

  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets with precision and accuracy
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, demonstrating exceptional customer contact skills
  • Communicate with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise on cancelled or delayed flights, and provide updates on new rules, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs Team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training

  • Proven ability to demonstrate excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills
  • Knowledge of Native SABRE and ability to utilize this system effectively
  • Ability to be resourceful and creative in resolving problems and finding solutions
  • High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable in all aspects of the job
  • Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Familiarity with the airline industry and its operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in multiple software applications and systems
