Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Live Chat Manager with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat management to oversee our live chat operations and ensure a seamless customer experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat conversations, analyzing chat data, and developing strategies to increase chat efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements
