As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you'll be responsible for supporting the recruiting area, identifying potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. - Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes.
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches.
