Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive navigation, guide less ranking staff, and present to the board. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to various data sources, utilizing data/text mining, and analysis to empower informed business decisions
- Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple dissimilar sources
- Develop and present results to a wide range of audiences, from initial concept to production
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the board
- Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, constrained modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation
- Guide less ranking staff and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Present to the board and other senior stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline, such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics
- Five (5) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis
- Proficient in analysis software and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry
- Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis
- Microsoft Power BI
