Your Role in Detail

As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to customers through live chat on arenaflex's website. Your primary goal will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll work independently, using your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities to handle a high volume of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on arenaflex's website

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Work independently, using your initiative and judgment to handle customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week
  • Strong adherence to provided instructions

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
