The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate – Delivery Station Support, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll work closely with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and email to resolve issues and provide accurate information about their packages
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to deliver exceptional support
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer concerns
  • Consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School or equivalent diploma
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
