Responsibilities
As a Remote Travel Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored travel experiences that exceed their expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, planning, and executing travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
- Processing payments on behalf of clients
- Providing all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
- Maintaining relationships with travel partners and vendors
- Working well in a group/team setting

- Completing required certification within a timely manner
