Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate digital records related to vehicle repairs and shop operations. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will work closely with our technicians, estimators, and administrative staff to gather necessary information and ensure seamless data flow within the shop.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input vehicle repair information, parts inventory, customer details, and other relevant data into arenaflex's management software.

  • Review and verify the accuracy of entered data, ensuring it aligns with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records of work orders, invoices, and customer communications for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Generate reports on shop operations, including repair timelines, parts usage, and customer satisfaction metrics, to assist management in decision-making.
  • Work closely with technicians, estimators, and administrative staff to gather necessary information and ensure seamless data flow within the shop.
  • Handle sensitive customer and business information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.

  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with database management tools; experience with auto body shop management software is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of auto body shop operations and terminology is beneficial but not required.
