Job Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Data Entry and Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions using our CRM system. This includes updating customer profiles, tracking bookings, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule appointments and meetings for sales or service teams by contacting leads, maintaining calendars, and ensuring accurate communication of meeting details. This includes coordinating with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Booking and Coordination: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. This includes providing expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling customer complaints, resolving issues promptly, and providing timely solutions.
- Travel Advisory: Offer expert advice on destinations, travel arrangements, and travel insurance options to clients. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and safety guidelines to provide the best possible advice to clients.
- Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or itinerary changes, and provide timely solutions. This includes working with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. This includes working in a fast-paced environment, handling customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems. This includes being able to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
