Responsibilities
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:
- Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
- Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Building Relationships: Establish rapport with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
- Providing Accurate and Concise Responses: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a professional and timely manner.
- Promoting Client Products and Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our clients' products and services.
