Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. Your primary duties will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Building Relationships: Establish rapport with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Providing Accurate and Concise Responses: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a professional and timely manner.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our clients' products and services.
  • Achieving Established Standards: Consistently meet or exceed performance standards and expectations.
  • Projecting a Positive Image: Portray a professional and positive image through all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: May be required to assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

To succeed as an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong Telephone Etiquette: Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools: Knowledge of CRM tools and software is a plus.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
