Project Overview
We are seeking a Freelance Data Entry Operator to assist in our data collection project for a short-term period of 2-6 weeks in December 2024/January 2025. As a Content Moderator/Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibility will be welcoming voluntary participants to our data collection project and leading them through the data collection session, ensuring that the audio recordings adhere to the project guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Understand project-provided documentation to assist participants
* Interact with participant(s) and lead them through the data collection session
* Acknowledge and resolve participants' issues, escalate unsolved issues
* Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
* Convey session details to the Project Manager and Production team
* Communicate and coordinate with project team
* Interact with various hardware & software
Moderator Skills Required
* Speak clearly and naturally
* Be fluent in both the language of collection (Marathi) and English
* Have some technical proficiency capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOS
* Be good with troubleshooting problems and finding solutions
* Update a spreadsheet-based tracker with details about each participant's session accurately and completely
Working Hours and Availability
* Work onsite in Powai, Mumbai, India
* Monday – Friday; 8:30 am - 5:30 pm for 2-6 weeks in December 2024/January 2025
* Be available for the whole duration of the project (2-3 weeks since the beginning of the project)
