Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, verifying data for errors, and maintaining logbooks of activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, and contributing to the overall success of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
* Compare data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies
- Re-enter data in the verification format to ensure accuracy
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry
- Maintain logbooks of activities and completed work
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output
- Ensure data entry is completed accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to resolve data entry issues and improve processes
Essential Qualifications
* Graduate from any recognized institution (12th Pass or higher)
- Experience with MS Office and data programs (e.g., Excel, Access)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 wpm)
- Strong knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a remote setting
